Granite Transformations at Bristol wanted their "G" logo applied to their warehouse doors. The doors concertina to open and close, each vertical strip being separated by a hinge assembly and the strips themselves also being heavily moulded; completely unsuitable for vinyl application and too complex to apply a template to and paint.
Signs Express (Bristol) solved the problem that every other local sign company contacted refused to quote for, by using strips of aluminium bonded to the freshly painted doors. The hinges are free to operate still and when viewed from 5m or so away the logo looks like a single item.
