Commercial property managers Bruntwood called on the Manchester based sign makers to assist with their refurbishment of Birmingham’s ‘Centre City’.
Signs Express (Manchester) is delighted to have worked with Bruntwood for over 10 years, providing a vast array of signage solutions across many high profile locations and so were on hand to offer their technical expertise required for their most recent acquisition.
Bruntwood is one of the largest commercial property companies in the North of England, offering an extensive portfolio of office space, serviced offices, meeting rooms and retail premises from across Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and Leeds, all located in prime business destinations.
Centre City is located next to New Street train station, an ideal location for businesses and adjacent to the Bull Ring shopping centre. It’s a 20 storey building in a highly sought position which benefits from panoramic views across the city.
Signs Express (Manchester) specified large scale LED halo illuminated built up letters fixed to the side of the building at height, to ensure great visibility from all around.
Matthew Morten, Building Surveyor for Bruntwood said, “Thank you again, the high quality signage at Centre City is a big step in further announcing Bruntwood in the Birmingham Market. I saw the finished article last week and the signs look great.”
Home to Legal & General, Ofwat and many other businesses, Centre City provides a range of flexible office space which has recently received over £4.5m refurbishment.
