Starting from your first day of training, you’ll be advised and supported by a team of experts dedicated to helping you establish and grow your business.

As well as getting help and advice in setting up your business, you’ll receive a wealth of ongoing support from the Signs Express team at our head office in Norwich who combine an invaluable mix of industry experience. The team of experienced managers and 20+ support staff are always on hand to answer queries and provide support for any problem you may encounter.

The Signs Express Franchise support team manages technical and operational queries, sales and marketing, national accounts and negotiates supplier relationships on behalf of the group. The team offers support and advice on all issues affecting your business, using their industry and specialised experience to offer a breadth of knowledge second to none.

Craig Brown
Craig Brown – Managing Director

As Managing Director, Craig has overall responsibility for the growth and development of the business and all departmental activities within Head Office. As part of his role Craig oversees national accounts, technical support, accounts support and HR. Craig is also President of the British Sign and Graphics Association and sits on the technical committee.

Jon Bean
Jon Bean - Accountant

Accounts - will provide support and guidance through every aspect of the financial and administrative side of your business. From the day to day accounting transactions all the way through to monthly management accounts their knowledge and expertise in this field will guide you in understanding your figures on which key business decisions can be based.

Rebecca Dack
Tony Marsh - Sales and Marketing Director

Business Development - highly experienced sign industry personnel will assist you in sourcing and converting new business. They visit individual centres to provide hands on sales support for you and offer telemarketing training for your staff. Sales also offers advice on analysing your business progress.

Jan Corbett
Jan Corbett - HR

Human Resources - are available to give support on all staff employment issues, such as maternity rights, contracts of employment and dismissal. They also offer access to free legal advice to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Gavin Bromley
Gavin Bromley - Operations Support and IT Manager

IT - provide solutions, advice and support to the whole network. They also carry out research on new products and systems. The team assists with installation of systems when units are fitted out and work to help implement our custom designed quotation system.

Rebecca Dack
Rebecca Dack - Marketing and PR Manager

Marketing and PR - work to promote the network and assist in driving and increasing business for all centres. They ensure brand uniformity is maintained in the interest of all centres, manage press & PR campaigns, design and produce corporate literature and stationery, manage the website including centres individual web pages and carry out online promotional activity. The team also offers support and advice to help promote your business at a local level.

Justin Pearce
Justin Pearce - Technical Support Manager, National Accounts Manager

National Accounts - provide an excellent source of business, they operate a successful national account facility for an increasing number of blue-chip clients. Our national accounts team at head office have access to many quality customer accounts at local and national levels and they provide a single point of contact to customers. The team continually explore and develop new national accounts and set up agreed protocols and pricing structures, handling the entire administration of projects – from their allocation to the Signs express group right through to successful completion of the jobs. You’ll benefit from working with approved designs for many recognisable national companies such as McDonalds, The National Blood Service and DaimlerChrysler, in your local market.

Technical - provide day to day support to the group helping with enquiries such as fonts, logos, advice on sign installation and vehicle wrapping. They also give guidance to centres who have full colour digital printers to keep them at optimum quality output and performance. Their regular technology updates ensure that franchisees stay at the cutting edge of the industry. As experts in their field, the team also test out new products and provide training on new software techniques.

Peter Sayles
Peter Sayles - Operations Director

Operations - provide help in sourcing the right premises, setting up a centre and help in finding staff. They also offer useful advice on health and safety and monitoring turnover especially in the first years of business.
