Signs Express (Glasgow) applies its specialist graphics skills to a 16 seater Mercedes Unimog 4x4, helping to promote a new wilderness experience on the Isle of Arran for Mogabout Arran Safari. Mogabout is a unique wilderness experience on the Isle of Arran which enables visitors to explore and discover the phenomenal environment that the Isle has to offer.
Discussions began with Mogabout Arran Safari18 months ago regarding the new 4x4 experience, the Signs Express centre even took a trip to Arran to carry out a survey of the vehicle. The unique 4x4 Mercedes Unimog is a 16 seater vehicle and is the ultimate go anywhere four-wheel-drive vehicle which was originally built in Germany for military use purposes.
Bryan Scott of Signs Express (Glasgow) commented on the project: “One concern we had was being able to get the vehicle into our vehicle bay but with some very careful manoeuvring we managed to get the vehicle in with about 100mm clearance at the top and sides. It was a challenge, especially as some of the angles were slightly complicated, however we were happy to be given the challenge and the results look great.”
Alex and Elspeth, owners of Mogabout Arran Safari commented “We wanted to thank Bryan and the team at Signs Express (Glasgow) for their help with Unimog, all the help has been really appreciated and we are really happy with the graphics.”
