Based on Railway Triangle Industrial Estate in Cosham, Ray and Jane have invested heavily into their new business, updating equipment and recruiting for extra staff as they look to grow. With a focus on customer service and quality products, Jane is no stranger to Signs Express, having previously worked for the Hull centre for 10 years in an office manager role. It turns out she loved it so much, she was keen to come back to the network, this time as a franchisee with her partner Ray. Ray previously worked in South Africa, and as his contract came to an end, was in the wonderful position of having the world as his oyster. Choosing to come back to the UK was a given, but the real choice came in where exactly to settle. Ray and Jane were keen to relocate to the south coast for its beautiful surroundings and sailing pursuits, and to top it off, there was a Signs Express resale opportunity in the area, offering them the perfect new business venture. Jane commented: 'After previously working at another Signs Express branch, I had seen first-hand the support given to the franchisees and their staff and had no hesitation in returning to the business. Every business needs signs and our variety of work means that no two days are the same. I'm so excited for our new venture, we're looking forward to growing our business and seeing what the future holds.'
