Gloucester - Bookkeeper/Administration Assistant (Part time)
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to take a lead role in managing our accounts. Knowledge of Sage essential. Initially you will be working for 12 hours a week but there may be a requirement for additional hours at times of peak demand. Based at our sign production centre in Gloucester, the role will require all of the following skills:
- Maintaining sales and purchase ledger.
- Reconciling accounts.
- Receiving payments.
- Credit control.
- Maintaining marketing database
Some administrative duties, including answering telephone calls.
Successful applicants will have a flexible approach to work and a can do attitude, assisting with administration and accounts.
Knowledge of Sage and Microsoft office applications are essential.
