Sales / Business Development Executive

Basic salary is £28,500 with OTE of £33,500

We are looking for an experienced sales executive to work within our busy signage and graphics production centre in Gloucester as part of the UK's largest, most successful sign companies.

The role

You will be involved in all aspects of helping the centre achieve its operational and commercial objectives. From day one you will be hungry to gain insight into the company, markets, products and services we offer in order to drive effective lead generation and sales activity to achieve targets.

You will manage the front end of the sales cycle and maintain and develop customer accounts through effective account management. You will co-ordindate the effective delivery of credible, creative signage solutions for our clients, whilst ensuring that workflow is optimised and all design, production work and installations run smoothly an efficiently.

You will be required to:

  • Pro-actively “on board” accounts via targeted activity in identified market sectors
  • Attend client’s premises for meetings and/or site surveys
  • Develop quotations
  • Handle incoming sales enquiries
  • Provide industry leading customer service

You will ideally possess:

  • Great communication skills
  • An enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work
  • Good attention to detail
  • Full driving licence
  • A working knowledge of the signs and graphics industry including H&S best practices (not essential as training will be given)
  • Good commercial awareness

This is a full-time permanent position with the opportunity to become an integral part of the business.
