Signs Express is an established business that has been trading for 30 years in this exciting, fast moving industry. We provide branding solutions to all industries from small businesses to international companies, supplying one off signs, multi-site national rebrands and fleet vehicle wrapping to name just a few.
With Signs Express (Macclesfield) now operating for close to a year, they are looking to recruit a telesales executive to help grow the business even further. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven individual who is able to work on their own initiative and really thrive in our busy and ever-growing industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar or other customer service role, a confident and professional phone manner and good communications skills.
You will be provided with all the tools and templates necessary to undertake the job, including relevant database with contact information, templates and formats to record progress and structured marketing material for follow-up emails.
You will also be given a familiarization training/ induction session before you start.
What you will do
Prospecting for new customers via tele-calling
Follow-up emails
Appointment setting
Tracking and reporting of progress
Use social media to target potential customers e.g. LinkedIn & Twitter
Promote the company’s services

Your working hours
Hours - 12-15 hrs per week
Salary - £8.50 - £10 p/h dependent on experience
