After continued success Signs Express (Milton Keynes) are now expanding their team and are looking to recruit a Part Time Telemarketer and Social Media Administrator. The person would ideally have experience in telemarketing who enjoys exciting new challenges, someone that can bring enthusiasm to the position, with a fantastic customer service approach and a can do attitude:
What you will do
Reporting to the owner of the business, the successful applicant will play an integral role in the growth of the business.
You will be responsible for:
Prospecting for new business through telephone conversations and social media
Keeping in touch with existing customers
Arranging sales appointments
Offering excellent customer service on the phone and in person
Administration and other duties as required by the owner
What we are looking for
Applicants should have previous proven experience in a similar working environment and we're looking for individuals who possess the following attributes: Customer focused approach
Professional and flexible attitude to work
A friendly and approachable manner
Good written/verbal communication
Good attention to detail
Strong organisation skills.
Good IT and Social Media skills
Knowledge of signage is a benefit but not essential.
Your working hours
This role is part-time and will start at 16 hours per week (maybe more hours depending on requirements/experience), the exact working days/hours are negotiable.Apply
