Part-time Telemarketing and Social Media administrator vacancy in Milton Keynes

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Part-time Telemarketing and Social Media administrator to join our busy production centre in Milton Keynes.

As part of the UK’s largest signs and graphics company, Signs Express Milton Keynes is a local business with strong ties within the local community. We offer a one-stop-shop for all forms of signs and graphics and have been established for 23 years.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar environment, a confident telephone manner and good communication skills. You will be able to organise tasks, work methodically and have a flexible attitude in this varied role.

What you will do

  • Following up by phone or email on daily quotes that have gone out
  • Using the current database with current customer details as you start to find new enquiries
  • Setting up appointments
  • Updating website and social media with the work conducted within the week
  • Finding new brands to sell current customers
  • Liaising with Managers on what orders have come in daily
  • Customer friendly, Enthusiastic

What we are looking for

The successful applicant will possess the following skills:

  • Professional and flexible attitude to work
  • Good written/verbal communication
  • Experience of a similar role
  • Good attention to detail



Your working hours

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a salary of £9,500 - £12.500. Working hours are part-time to suit the right applicant between 20 & 25 hours per week.
