What you will do
A golden opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Sign maker to work alongside our experienced staff learning all aspects of the business including the preparation and application of vinyl graphics onto signs, vehicles, windows etc. You will also be involved with the installation of signs at customers’ premises plus other tasks as required.

Ability to work on own initiative and contribute suggestions for improvement
Able to work on their own or in a team
Good computer skills.
Knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop or similar design software would be an advantage.
Good practical aptitude and ability to use tools and equipment
Flexibility and the ability to learn new techniques.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to discuss requirements with clients.
A driving license would be useful but not essential.

Your working hours
The hours of work are normally 40 hours a week, 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. You will be issued with a contract of employment, which includes accrued paid holidays.Apply
Salary of £4.00 per hour which is above the national minimum wage as per the UK Government Apprenticeship Scheme criteria.
