Part-time Administrator
Working Hours: Monday-Friday part time 20 hours per week
Salary: Hourly rate dependant on experience

About the role:
- Managing incoming calls and emails, including sales enquiries
- Dealing with low level quotations for clients
- Some PA assistance for the managing director
- As part of a team, cover a variety of administration tasks and duties
- Raising invoices for completed orders
- Liaising with suppliers to place orders
- Booking site surveys with clients and updating calendars
- Dealing with deliveries
- Running accurate monthly reports
- Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the business
- Updating the CRM system
- General administration duties such as calendar updates, ordering sundries and filing
About you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organised and ability to work on own initiative
- Professional and confident in handling challenging situations
