Sales Account Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to join our team at Signs Express (Exeter) (recently rebranded from KBS Signs) as we enter our next phase of business growth.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients to deliver outstanding signage solutions. You will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts, producing quotes and ensuring client needs are met while driving business growth.
- Location: Signs Express (Exeter), 11 Newcourt Barton Farm, Clyst Rd, Topsham, Exeter EX3 0DB
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
- Working Hours: Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
- Travel: A full, clean driving licence

Duties Include:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and upsell our services to existing clients.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with the design, production and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Quoting & Proposals: Prepare and present accurate quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve any customer issues in a timely manner.
- Market Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging signage technologies.
What we would like from you:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role (ideally within the signage, print, or graphics industry).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Awareness and understanding of Health & Safety protocols at all times.
