Louise was first introduced to the Signs Express network at the age of 12 when her father bought her some stickers for her motorbike helmet as she was a young trials rider. At the age of 15, Louise requested to do her work experience at the centre and her exemplary performance convinced Richard Howes, owner of Signs Express (Lincoln), to reward her with a fully licensed copy of design software, Corel Draw, which ignited her passion for sign making. Since the completion of her GCSEs, Louise has been an apprentice at the centre, excelling at every task put in front of her. After six months, she took on some of the responsibilities of the Assistant Manager when he left and she has excelled in the role. The business has since posted its best ever results.
