Project Aims
The goal was clear: to deliver signage that matched Home Instead’s refreshed visual identity, professional, welcoming, and consistent. Just as importantly, the client wanted a final result she could genuinely be proud of.

Overcoming The Challenge
Home Instead initiated a network-wide rebrand, requiring all franchise centres to complete updated signage installations within 18 months from the start of the year. The local franchisee had previously been dissatisfied with her signage and was seeking a more polished, professional look that aligned with the new brand identity.

Our Approach
Centre Manager Gregory Hinchcliffe and the Signs Express Dartford team moved early, visiting the site and preparing a quote before the new brand guidelines were even released. Once the official specifications were live, they returned for a detailed walk-through to refine the plan.
Together with the client, they crafted a solution that combined visibility and visual impact:
- A new post and panel sign positioned roadside to catch the attention of visitors and local footfall.
- Cut-out interior lettering, mounted onto the client’s feature wall to create a standout branded finish that blended seamlessly with the décor.
The two-stage spray finish on the letters ensured a premium look with long-lasting colour depth. Despite the added production steps, the team kept everything within the project’s original scope.
