Over the past 20 years Signs Express Newcastle have used their own expertise to help Fergusons Transport make the most of every opportunity to successfully promote their business with signage and vehicle livery. In 2005 we redesigned the corporate livery for their fleet of lorries and trailers making full use of digitally printed and reflective material to offer a bolder image more suited to communicate their brand. But signage is not just about identifying a brand. Large scale fascia's can reflect its quality and communicate its standing in the business community. The fascia signs for Fergy Store 3 in Washington were designed and installed to back up the promise of a solid and reliable offering. Large architectural built up letters manufactured in aluminium with halo illumination to project a bold and ever present image day and night. Making important signage decisions can be difficult, not least because on occasion of the technical issues. The sign for Fergusons Washington depot was designed, manufactured and installed as an internally illuminated light box with a flexface so that it was very noticeable from the adjacent highway but also safe in a very exposed site. Resulting in a sign with a bold image but with easy maintenance presenting no worries in high winds and bad weather. Signage can be a compelling form of communication for creating awareness and generating a response. We were able to bring our expertise to bear when set a challenge to design and install a sign at Croft Park in Blyth to promote Fergusons Self Storage Solutions as effectively as possible. Using the knowledge and expertise of our design team and the advanced technology we have, allowed us to design and produce a sign that was perfect for the situation, fitted on time with all the logistics worked out carefully in advance.
