Award-winning heritage developer City & Country . To further support the off-plan marketing for this incredible development, City and Country chose to work with Signs Express Bristol on a series of hoarding boards and office signage.
For years, Consort House and Regent House were some of Bedminster’s most eye-catching landmarks, paying homage to the city’s great tobacco heritage. Sadly, these buildings became redundant and were falling into disrepair. Having converted The General just over the river, City and Country knew that at Factory No1 could create a complementary yet more affordable range of conversion and new apartments, while breathing new life into these historic buildings. Signs Express Bristol were commissioned to utilise the brands designs to create and install hoarding boards to market these incredible properties to prospective buyers and to create office signage above the developments main office for general enquiries. This was an incredible project to be part of not just to showcase how efficiently and accurately the Signs Express Bristol team can supply and install the signage but also to be part of the development of such as historic part of the city of Bristol..
