Signs Express Grantham donates Signage to the Get Busy Living centre

The Get Busy Living Centre, offers state of the art equipment, rehabilitation and community to young people who are seriously injured through participation in sport and physical recreation. Set up by Matt Hampson who tragically suffered a catastrophic injury whilst training with England u21’s in 2005, Matt or ‘Hambo’ set up his foundation so that others who have suffered similar injuries through sport can receive support and assistance. Matt’s dream has been to set up a rehabilitation centre under the motivational heading of the ‘Get Busy Living Centre’. Signs Express (Grantham) have always been aware of the work of the Matt Hampson Foundation and the dream of the Get Busy Living centre from being current sponsors of Matt’s club pre- injury, Leicester Tigers. During this project, a number of local partners are offering their time, services, materials and expertise for free which Signs Express (Grantham) were eager to be a part of. Ian Charles, Owner of Signs Express (Grantham) added: ““This has been a fantastic project to be involved in, with signage being the only assistance we could offer and having made contact with Louis it became apparent there was a requirement for 2 8ft x 4ft boards. It was our pleasure to be able to produce the boards free of charge for the centre. The whole ethos of the Matt Hampson Foundation and the Get Busy Living centre sits very well with our own company philosophy and our strong links with the sport of rugby union, so it was a ‘no brainer’ to offer our assistance in this small way.” The signs have been fitted up and look great in their surroundings, we look forward to seeing the completion of the centre and being able to help further if called upon.
