Our Work Waters Corporation

Waters is a global leader in analytical science technology, with operations in 31 countries and customers in more than 100. After completing the signage and branding for Waters Corporation’s impressive new facility in Wilmslow, Cheshire, we were invited to take on something a little different — branding their new site in Brașov, Romania.

Challenges

It was our first international project, and to say it was a challenge would be an understatement. There were time zones, distance, and language barriers to navigate, but as a team, we saw it as a brilliant opportunity to show what we could do. Working closely with our design partners, Smith Bros Design, we developed a full visual concept that reflected Waters’ high standards and strong identity.

From there, we handled everything: design, manufacture, transport, and installation. Every detail had to match their UK branding, right down to materials and finish. It took careful planning and plenty of communication, but the end result looked fantastic.

Outcome

The finished site feels bright, professional, and unmistakably “Waters”. Seeing it all come together overseas was a proud moment for everyone involved. It showed just how far teamwork and experience in the signage industry can take you.

I contacted Signs express and they talked me through a few different price options and discussed my requirements. they pointed out that part of what I wanted would require the use of vinal wrap and explained why. they then sent me some ideas of what my van would look like. I requested to change a couple of bits and very quickly we had designed exactly what I was looking for. I proof checked it and got booked in for fitting. I dropped the van off in the morning and it was ready for collection in the afternoon, looking exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend signs express, the whole process was excellent.
