Double accolade for Glasgow sign makers

This year, Signs Express was celebrating their 25th year and so the convention was as much a celebration as a conference. Welcoming franchisees from their 70 centres across the UK and Ireland, the convention was a huge success, celebrating past achievements and looking towards the future. The blind vote for the sign awards took place at lunchtime on the day of the convention with the entries lining one of the walls at the conference. Signs Express (Glasgow) fought off strong competition to with their much coveted award which was for the vehicle graphics they have provided for a fleet of twenty Fiat 500 cars for Clyde Properties. The vehicle graphics feature the distinctive skyline of Glasgow, contrasted against a white background making these vehicles really stand out from the crowd. The Best Sign Project category was also full to the brim with fantastic entries and achieving a finalist place was no mean feat. Signs Express managing director Craig Brown commented: 'It was exciting to see who our franchisees would pick for these awards as there were so many fantastic entries. The Glasgow team really pulled out all the stops with their entries and I was delighted to see them placed as finalists and winners.'
