Armorgard Cabinet Wraps – Bespoke Branding Solution
Overview
Armorgard is a well-established UK manufacturer of secure storage and site equipment, known for producing durable solutions for demanding construction and industrial environments.
For this project, they required a bespoke branding solution to enhance a series of cabinets for their client. We were commissioned to wrap 21 Armorgard cabinets in a custom green finish, achieving an exact brand colour match while ensuring a hard-wearing result suitable for site conditions.

Survey & Planning
The project began with a full site survey, allowing our team to accurately measure each unit and assess surfaces ahead of production. This ensured a seamless workflow from print through to installation.
The Challenge
A key requirement was achieving an exact colour match to the client’s brand. Off-the-shelf options weren’t suitable, so we carried out an extensive swatching process, producing multiple samples using Metamark Hi-Tack vinyl until the perfect shade was achieved and approved.
Production
Once signed off, all materials were produced in-house using our Epson SC80600 printer.
Over 200sqm of Metamark Hi-Tack vinyl used
Bespoke colour-matched finish
Integrated client branding across all units
Installation & Result
All 21 cabinets were professionally wrapped, delivering a consistent, high-impact finish across the full set. The final result not only met the client’s exact branding requirements but also provided a durable solution built to withstand demanding environments.
Outcome
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A successful project from concept through to completion with a standout visual result and a very happy client.
