The hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK, had just gone through a bit of an upgrade. They’d built new areas for both NHS and private patients and wanted to make sure everything looked professional and was easy to navigate. We’ve done a fair bit of work in healthcare before, so we understood that they needed signage that looks clean, reads clearly, and lasts. We began with a walk around the site to get a proper sense of the layout and how people move through the building. Hospitals can be confusing if signs aren’t well placed, so we took our time planning out where everything should go.

The brief was straightforward: exterior wayfinding signs outside and hanging acrylic panels inside. Nothing over the top — just clear, functional and tidy.

Once the signs were in place, the difference was immediate. The new reception felt calmer and easier to navigate. The acrylic panels added a modern touch, while the external wayfinding signs gave the site a more organised look.
