One stop shop for signage
Signs Express (Bristol) has recently worked with 3 very different retailers in Bristol to help them stand out from the crowd in a city packed with competition.
Voted best place to live in 2017 by The Sunday Times, Bristol is also known for its shopping experience, with a mixture of high street stores and local independent retailers. Shop fronts are essential branding tools to communicate with consumers who you are and what you sell. Retail signs are particularly important in highly competitive retail areas such as Bristol City Centre. As well as fascia signs, Signs Express produces other promotional signs such as projecting signs, pavement furniture, point of sale signage and even graphics for windows and internal displays. Local Thai restaurant 'Everyday Thai' and local cake retailer 'Occasion Cakes & Catering' both approached Managing Director of Signs Express (Bristol), Ben Walker, to help freshen their customer facing signage. Using his in-house designer, Josh Elliot, they both presented several concepts before a design was chosen and implemented. Ben said, "Period Pieces was a brand new retailer who only had a shop name. We thought about their audience and suggested the best form of signage based on their desired outcome whilst working alongside them to achieve the goals they were looking for which ended with great results which you can see in the image. We love working with new businesses on their signage so they can really stand out from the crowd." Benefits of new shop front signage:
- Cost Effective
- Visual Advertising
- Welcoming and Inviting
- Can be done outside normal working hours
- Budget to premium options for best value
