Our Work
BFA
When the British Franchise Association (BFA) needed a vehicle wrap to help promote British Franchise Week, they came to us at Signs Express (Oxford). The plan was to turn a standard van into something that stood out wherever it went — a moving piece of marketing that would travel the country, attending events and spreading the word about franchising.

Challenges and solutions
The van itself was in decent shape, but the panels were mostly glass. That meant before we could start adding branding, we had to wrap the body in a solid colour to give ourselves a clean, consistent surface.
We used a low-white body wrap that covered the sides and rear, including the window panels. Once that was in place, we had a blank canvas ready for the campaign artwork.
The main focal point was the British Franchise Week signpost logo — a bright, bold design that immediately catches the eye. We printed it using high-resolution digital graphics, ensuring the colours stayed sharp and consistent, even under sunlight and road wear.
Then came the sponsor logos. Each one had its own colour palette and layout, so it was important to get them right. We produced and applied every logo in digitally printed vinyl, matching them to exact brand colours.
Placement mattered too. The logos were arranged carefully along the sides and rear of the vehicle to make sure no one got missed — a tidy, balanced layout that still looked dynamic when the van was on the move.
Because of the glass panels, this job required a little extra precision. You can’t just treat glass like metal; it reacts differently to temperature and pressure. Our installers worked methodically to make sure the film bonded properly, avoiding air pockets or uneven tension that could affect the finish.
Every edge was sealed, every curve smoothed, and every join checked by hand. It’s the sort of work where experience really shows — a mix of patience and craft.

The Outcome
Once the graphics were on, the transformation was instant. The van went from plain to professional, standing out at every stop on its UK tour. The white base helped the colours pop, while the bold signpost graphic made it instantly recognisable.
Vehicle graphics might seem simple, but they’re one of the most effective marketing tools out there. A well-wrapped van can reach thousands of people in a single day — and it keeps doing so long after the event’s over.
For us, projects like this are about more than just applying vinyl. They’re about helping brands connect with people — whether that’s through colour, design, or simply getting noticed on the motorway.
