Recently Signs Express (Exeter) received two thank you letters from local schools to whom scrap materials had been donated.
St Leonards C of E Primary School used the vinyl to brighten up learning and play areas and help engage with pupils whilst creating a colourful and stimulating environment. Dawlish Community College encouraged their year 9 students to use CAD software and machinery to plot and learn the production industrial commercial process for 'Impact Day' where students took part in an environmental drive to save waste from going to landfill. Both projects put the otherwise wasted vinyl scraps to good use and we think the photo's of the finished work look fantastic. These donations are a key part of Signs Express' strategy of reusing waste wherever possible. This policy, along with other environmentally friendly strategies, have helped Signs Express (Exeter) to achieve the Green Accord Superior Status certification - a win all round for the company, community & environment! If you'd like to contact Signs Express (Exeter) about how you could benefit from their donating scheme, visit their website, email them or call: 01392 823220
