Signs Express Exeter was delighted to be approached by Devon Air Ambulance to assist with the signage for their new furniture and electrical goods shop. This will be their 15th charity shop but the first which will be selling furniture and electrical goods.
The shop will be selling second hand and donated products in order to raise vital funds to help the Devon Air Ambulance Trust with the daily costs of running and opened 6th June 2015, in Summerland Street, Exeter. The trust need to raise £4.5m to continue the service with an additional £1m funds required to replace the aircraft after 10 years. The extra £1m will also help cover the costs of any necessary repairs and maintenance and allow the air ambulance to operate later in to the night – extending the service for all. Signs Express Exeter manufactured and installed the large shop fascia signs ready for the big opening last Saturday. Marion Baxter-Sibley, joint owner of Signs Express Exeter, commented; 'This is a really exciting project for Devon Air Ambulance Trust, which we hope will be a new line of revenue for them help maintain the service for the area and continue saving lives.
