We specialise in working with small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs); providing them with a service that really adds value and helps them to grow. With 75 small businesses making up our own brand, we like to think that we understand what SMEs need. But we don't want to make any assumptions. That's why, three years ago, we asked more than 1000 SME decision makers what they really wanted from suppliers and the results were very interesting. Many of them were feeling let down by suppliers and disappointed by the service they were getting. We also found out that the vast majority of businesses (75%) believed it was important to buy local. As part of our 25th birthday celebrations we're repeating this research to see how things have changed (or not).
