We’ve wrapped plenty of vehicles at Signs Express (Newcastle North), but this one was special. The brief was simple: make it look like Fox Head. Clean lines, strong contrast and something that would still turn heads parked next to a row of race trucks in France.

Our team stripped the surfaces back and went in with 3M’s top-grade wrap film. A full matte-black finish gave the bodywork a deep, satin look—almost like new paint. Once that was down, we laid on the white Fox Head logo, sharp and proud on each side. It’s a design that doesn’t shout; it just owns the space.

Getting that level of finish on a trailer this size isn’t a one-person job. Every curve and join needs checking twice. We spent time heat-forming the vinyl around the corners so there were no bubbles or stretch marks, just a clean, factory look.
