When Billy Stanley, a local personal trainer, started running his own boot camp, he knew his van needed to make a statement. It wasn’t just about getting from one session to the next — he wanted something that showed people who he was and what he did.

Client needs
Billy came to us at Signs Express (Harlow) with a few ideas but wanted some guidance on how to make it all work. We sat down together, looked through his brand colours, and came up with a clean, modern design that matched his website. The plan was to use a matt black partial wrap and layer it with bright vinyl lettering and logos.
Once everything was signed off, we brought the van into our workshop. The temperature-controlled bay makes all the difference when you’re applying wraps — no dust, no cold air messing with the vinyl. Our team fitted each panel by hand, making sure every line sat just right.
Outcome
When we rolled the van out, it looked like a different vehicle. The black finish gave it a really strong look, and the colour accents made it pop. Billy was made up with it. He said it was exactly what he’d pictured, only better. Now, when he’s out training or parked up around town, there’s no missing him. That van shouts confidence which is exactly what you want from a fitness brand.
