The UK's leading sign franchise, Signs Express, is delighted to introduce four new members of staff to their team at HQ. The two newest staff members have joined the management team to strengthen the company's central support system that is in place for its franchisees. Adam Davison is taking up the role of Northern Regional Manager and David Kerr is filling the role of National Sales Manager.
Adam's role as Regional Manager enables him to support the Northern territories by focusing on the everyday running of each individual business and driving efforts to secure new opportunities. Joining the Signs Express team from another franchise, Cartridge World, where he worked for more than 6 years before becoming their System Development Manager, Adam is experienced in helping businesses to reach their full potential. He is also well-versed in the challenges faced by franchisees and is a British Franchise Association (BFA) Qualified Franchise Practitioner. National Sales Manager, David, has dedicated his career to the sign making industry and collaborated with a Signs Express centre during his previous role. Switching from his position at Baillie Signs in Edinburgh where he was responsible for the complete management of signage roll-out programmes, David's remit at Signs Express is to support the network by helping to grow both national and regional sales. In addition to David and Adam, Signs Express has made two further appointments, both of whom are based at HQ in Norwich. Nick Leamon has taken on the position of Business Support Manager and provides IT solutions, advice and support to the whole network and Head Office. Whilst, Helen Blyth is the company's new Marketing Executive, bolstering the marketing team with her involvement in central marketing campaigns and the facilitation of the marketing plan. Craig Brown, Managing Director of the Signs Express franchise, elaborated on the strategies behind these developments, 'We are always looking for ways to meet the shifting needs of our franchisees as well as the demands of our marketplace. As a result, these new additions to our team mean that we are better positioned to aid our franchisees in the day-to-day running of their businesses.' Signs Express celebrated its 25th anniversary last year and has the largest network of sign production centres in the UK. Many of its centres have been trading for 10 years or more, with 8 celebrating over 20 years under the same ownership. A team of 18 now supports the franchise network by providing advice and guidance in all areas of the business, including sales & marketing, business development, operations, technical support and finance. Due to continued demand for its products and services, Signs Express is still looking for franchisees to join the network in several key locations.
