New salon for the Sia Beauty chain opens in Harlow's Harvey Centre
When Sia Beauty opened its latest salon in Harlow’s busy Harvey Centre, the owners, Nim and Tushar Mamtora, saw it as the perfect moment to give their brand a fresh, modern update.
Having worked with retail and shopping centre clients for many years, Signs Express (Harlow) were the natural choice to help bring their new look to life — from design and manufacture right through to installation.

Our Approach
After visiting the site and sitting down with Nim and Tushar, our team took time to understand the feel they wanted for the new salon. The goal was clear: to create a look that reflected Sia Beauty’s welcoming, high-end approach while keeping the design consistent with their existing brand identity.
We explored several ideas before settling on a solution that celebrated the curves and colours of the Sia logo — something elegant, feminine and eye-catching that would stand out in the shopping centre while still feeling calm and inviting.
The Solution
The main fascia sign was built around a shaped aluminium sign tray, fitted with brushed stainless-steel lettering mounted onto opal polycarbonate back trays. The letters were LED-illuminated to produce a soft halo glow, giving the salon a polished, high-quality finish that works beautifully day and night.
To complement the main fascia, we also applied frosted window graphics across the salon’s glass frontage. These added privacy for clients inside while doubling up as a stylish way to display the menu of treatments available.
Outcome
The result was a clean, modern design that perfectly balanced privacy with visibility — subtle, but unmistakably Sia Beauty.
Sia Beauty’s story began with a number of threading bars across the M25 region, and with the success of the Harlow salon, the new design has now become part of their wider brand identity.
The Harlow branch was the first location to adopt the updated style, featuring a digitally printed vinyl wrap that ties perfectly into the refreshed colour palette and logo style. It’s a look that’s both premium and consistent — setting the tone for future salons across the network.
