Ribby Hall Village - The SPA Hotel
When Ribby Hall Village started their new £5 million Spa Hotel, they wanted everything to reflect quality — from the flooring to the finishes, and the signage too. The brief was simple: the signs had to feel as premium as the rest of the hotel and be ready for the grand opening.

Project Overview
We were asked to create and fit all internal and external signs. The look needed to be subtle but luxurious, guiding guests around the space without breaking the calm atmosphere. The hotel’s designers gave us clear direction on tone and materials, and timing was tight with other trades still on site.
Our team designed and built a complete set of signs using brushed metal, polished acrylic, and bespoke finishes to match the décor. Inside, we fitted sleek directional signs that worked with the lighting and textures already in place. Outside, we installed entrance and wayfinding signs that carried the same style through to the exterior.
We worked directly with the Ribby Hall development team to colour-match everything and make sure the materials looked right against the interior palette.
Challenges faced
With the opening date fixed, we had to move fast. Every part of the project — production, delivery, installation — was scheduled to the hour. Our installers worked late some nights to make sure the last pieces were in before the VIP event.
Matching materials to such a high-end finish was the biggest test. Each area of the hotel had different lighting, so we tested samples on site before committing. Timing was also tight, but teamwork between our production and fitting teams made it possible.
The Result
The new signage blends perfectly with the Spa Hotel’s interiors. It’s clean, elegant and built to last. From the lobby to the spa entrance, the signs feel like part of the building. Everything was in place for opening day, and the final look got great feedback from the client.
