What BAM Needed
BAM required a signage partner who could deliver a full package of solutions for each site. The signage needed to:
- Provide clear direction for students, staff, and visitors.
- Present a consistent and professional identity across multiple schools.
- Be delivered in step with tight construction schedules.
A Multi-Site Challenge
Managing multiple projects across different school sites required careful coordination. Each school had its own character and requirements, but BAM wanted to ensure a consistent look and feel throughout. The signage programme also needed to align seamlessly with BAM’s construction timelines.
Our Role
BAM turned to Signs Express Birmingham SW for expertise. Working closely with BAM’s project surveyors and managers, our team designed, manufactured, and installed a wide range of signage to meet the needs of each school.
We delivered signage for:
- North Bromsgrove High School
- South Bromsgrove High School
- Crown Meadow First School
- Alvechurch CofE Middle School
Beyond Bromsgrove, we also collaborated with BAM on other schemes, including the newly built Archbishop Grimshaw High School.
How We Delivered
From planning through to installation, the projects were carefully managed. Designs were tailored to each school’s environment, while still achieving a consistent finish across the group. Manufacturing was carried out to strict quality standards, and installations were scheduled around BAM’s handover dates to ensure a smooth
