We’ve worked with Craegmoor Healthcare for a number of years, so when they began rolling out a brand refresh across their network of care homes, they asked us at Signs Express Worcester to support the project.
Craegmoor (now part of the Priory Group) operates over 200 specialist care homes across England, Scotland and Wales. The rebrand covered a large part of their estate — more than 70 key sites — and had to be delivered quickly, consistently, and with minimal disruption to each location.

What We Did
From the start, we knew this was going to be a fast-moving project. The brief was to manage everything from surveys to installation — and to make sure the signs matched the new branding across all sites.
We began by visiting each location to carry out full site surveys. Every care home had different signage needs, so it was important we got a clear view of what was required at each one. From there, we handled the design, specification and sign recommendations in line with the updated brand.
Once approved, we got to work producing everything in-house and coordinating installations at each site.
Clear Communication Was Key
With over 70 sites involved, communication was everything. We worked closely with Craegmoor’s marketing team but also liaised directly with the individual care home managers to arrange installs at suitable times — making sure we didn’t interrupt day-to-day operations or resident care.
The Result
We completed the rebrand across all 70+ care homes in just 10 weeks. The signage was consistent, on-brand, and installed professionally at every site. It was great to be part of a project that brought a fresh, unified look to such a large organisation — and even better to do it in a way that worked smoothly for the client and their teams on the ground.
