When Professional Callminders moved into their new Worcester office, Sarah, the owner, got in touch with us again. We’ve worked together a few times before, so we already had a good idea of her style. She wanted the new place to feel welcoming, easy to find and completely on brand. Nothing over the top, just simple, clear signs that looked professional.

Client needs

Before putting anything into production, we went out to see the new building. It’s a bright, modern site with good visibility, so positioning mattered more than quantity. We talked through what was needed, from outdoor directional signage to the reception area. Sarah knew what she liked — clean lines, easy readability and her company colours kept consistent.

Our approach

Back at our workshop, we started creating the new graphics using durable vinyl matched to the company’s exact colours. Keeping everything in-house meant we could control every detail — layout, print quality, finish — and make sure it would last.

Once the designs were signed off, we moved into production. The signs included a reception display and a few external directional panels, each designed to make navigation effortless for visitors.

The team had a tight turnaround. The move-in date was already set, so installation had to happen fast. We planned the work carefully to make sure the signs were ready before anyone arrived on site. Our installers fitted the outside panels first, then moved indoors to finish the reception graphics. Everything went smoothly — no delays, no mess.

The final result

By the time the staff arrived, the new office felt ready. The signage is subtle but effective, doing its job quietly — clear, neat and fully on brand. The exterior panels make the building easy to find, while the reception graphic gives a professional, finished touch as soon as you walk through the door.
