From Artistic Window Impressions to Arty Wall Graphics

Huddle is a flexible office space designed for open, energetic and collaborative working. The brief was simple in words but challenging in practice: make the environment as inspiring as it is functional. They wanted signage that didn’t just label rooms but created an atmosphere.

Before any materials were printed or installed, our team carried out full site checks. We spent time understanding how people moved through the space, where signage could have the most impact, and how design could tie everything together.

Working alongside Big Helping Creative, we refined the visual direction to match Huddle’s modern aesthetic. The end goal was to deliver a full set of signage and graphics that complemented the space. Practical for everyday use, but eye-catching enough to make a lasting impression.

The biggest challenge was working within an active, multi-use workspace. There were a lot of moving parts. From coordinating overnight access to applying graphics on varied surfaces like glass, plaster and metal.

We tackled it with solid planning. Site visits, surface testing, and flexible scheduling helped us stay one step ahead. It’s the kind of project where teamwork and attention to detail make all the difference.

We worked closely with Big Helping Creative and the Huddle management team to make sure every design detail aligned with the client’s vision and building layout. Timing was important and installations had to happen outside office hours to avoid disruption. But, our team made sure everything was ready to go the moment the lights came on the next morning.
